The Food Family - to be a member you must:
- Think of food at least 60% of your day
- Eat one meal only to think about the next
- Become disappointed when you don't have anything yummy to eat
- Have a hard time deciding where to eat b/c there are soooo many good restaurants to choose from
- Have dieted at least 20 times
- Would rather die than diet
- Eat for any emotion (bored = food, stressed = food, sad = food)
You get the point. Slim has helped me with my food cravings, has helped me lose weight but most importantly is helping many others do the same. No, it's not the answer to everything but it makes all those hard lifestyle changes so much easier. Weight loss is possible? You realize that and then you start to think about choosing healthier foods, you start exercising because you feel better......all those negative behaviors turn into positive ones and the ball starts rolling.
